She holds an MS in biochemical engineering from Tufts University and MBA from MIT's Sloan School of Management. 

She has a proven track record of delivering results, developing market strategies, and fostering positive, high-performing cultures. Susan’s expertise spans a wide range of disciplines, including marketing, business development, management consulting, and engineering in life science and technology.

Known for her hands-on approach, Meghan often steps in as an interim marketing director to support companies during times of transition, growth, or restructuring.

Before founding Interimarketing, Meghan served as President of O’Sullivan Communications, Inc., an award-winning public relations and advertising firm she launched in 1991. Her background blends storytelling, strategy, and execution, making her a trusted partner for companies looking to build visibility and traction in competitive life science markets.
